Michael Mullarkey is an English assistant referee. He became an international referee since 2007.

He has served as an assistant referee for English games of many events, including Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two, FA Cup, League Cup and FA Community Shield. He also had experience refereeing Europa League and Champions League.

In international level, Mullarkey has refereed 2007 FIFA U20 World Cup, UEFA Euro 2008 and 2012, 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cup. On 1 March 2016, he was named as an assistant referee for UEFA Euro 2016.
